Delphi DCM 3.2 - diesel help

Hi anyone know working obd scanner for this ecu? Please help.. its not obd2 compliant. But it has 16pin obd port below the dash.

Can you give us few more details?
Like brand, model, year, engine in liters, horse power... :roll:
