ABS Light Fiat Punto 54 plate 1.2 8V

Hi All, i'm new to this forum and would greatly appriciate you help.

I have a Fiat Punto Mk2b (54 PLate) 1.2 8v with the ABS light showing.

I have the Multiscan 1.1 on a notebook, connecting with a KKL VAG USB with the colour coded adaptors.

I can connect the the engine ECU and read the faults no problems at all. The ABS is another story.

Using the green adaptor cable I try to scan the vehicle but it does not see any ABS ECU. I try to connect to both options available but get " cannot connect to ECU , check cables and serial ports"

When using Multiscan it does flash up "Latency too high" but does not seam to stop me connecting to the Engine ECU.

Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thak you for your time and experiance.

Did you check the fuses of the ABS module?
