Cant access engine ECU but yes others

Hello.. i cant manage to work Multiecuscan with my fiat stilo(s).
I could access all ecus on fiat punto mk2, fiat panda and others cars... but i cant access engine ecu and this is making me mad, trying all with my ELM and VAG but cant get it to work..
it simply says "No Ecu Response".. but when testing at options it runs the test without errors...
i Tried it on Stilos '03
- 1.6 16v
- 1.9 JTD

No one of then could access... and i need it urgently.. do you have any idea? thanks in advance.. :/
