connects to modules but cannot select any parameters

hello all this is smyrnote... i have a problem: with my ELM 327 i can connect various modules, can read DTCs; but when i try to see parameters, i cannot select any parameters. i tried my laptop on various cars for this problem, always same thing. i cannot see any parameters, even cannot select anyone. i also tried with my friend's laptop: same thing. also tried 3.3 and 3.4.2, again and again same problem. i guess that this is about program. what do you thing? is there any solution for this?

What car and what module are you trying to connect to?

Using the free or registered version of the package?

Does the software you an invalid ISO code warning when you connect to the module?

I think that this happens if you have an old version of the .NET Framework. It needs to be 2.0 with SP1. You can also install .NET Framework 3.5.
