Comms with Airbag module

I was working on a 2004 punto and FES couldnt communicate with the Airbag module on this car at all tried all different ecu types but still no luck .
Used another scan tool and straight in so know it wasnt a problem with car.
Anyone else had issues getting comms with airbags on these models

I was working almost 5 months ago on FIAT PUNTO '03 1.9 JTD and I did manage to connect to AIRBAG system without any problems! And I did delete all errors on AIRBAG system without any problems...
At that time I was using older version of FES...

Maybe this post is not helpful to you but at least you know what someone had positive experience...
