elm327 can not working, what resistor should i remove?

i have this interface and i've changed those capacitors with 2 560pF but still won't work.
anyone can tell me what is the resistor between CAN L and CAN H that i need to remove from the pcb??

Why did you solder these capacitors?
And at what point?
In my opinion, your board is a resolder unnecessary
It is with this strain ELM interface, mostly by setting error

can isn't working. maybe there is an unecessary resistor between can L and can H but i don't know what it is
