re-activated hardware key and license key

Hi, I am italian. I recently purchased multiecuscan. Before formatting the computer I forgot to turn off hardware key and license key. Now I'm not reactivate the multiecuscan. purchased the code are those indicated below. tell me how I do.

This license key is valid only for your current hardware. In case you upgrade your hardware or re-install the OS you can transfer your licence to the new system by first deactivating in on the old system (the program will generate a removal key which you can use on the web site to obtain a License Key for the new system).
The license and the key are valid for any future versions of Multiecuscan.
