EOL on 2004 Punto 1.3 Multijet Dualogic

I do not yet use Multiecuscan but have an expensive problem with my Dualogic/Selespeed unit on my 2004 Punto 1.3 Multijet Dualogic. It refuses certain gear changes but an end-of-line service (EOL) from the examiner gives a fix for 100-150 miles. My car does not appear to be listed among the supported vehicles but I'm wondering if it there would be enough compatibility to run periodic EOL services myself, with no other functions needed. This alone may mean the difference between a usable car and a lot of money lost.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
