"Fiat scanner" interface

Hi everybody.

I bought an interface called "fiat scanner" on the following website together with my elm interface :
http://www.nandtools.com/fiat-scanner-p-179.html
It seems the same than the Ford / F-super interface also available on the same website.
This interface doesn't work with FES and the software delivered with it is not compatible with my GP.
Has anybody heard about this interface and its capabilities?
