Proxy Alignment does not fix the CANCHECK problem on the CD/Radio in my Panda '03 1.2 8V.
Yani said that I could use the Punto Proxy Alignment Proceedure in Punto '03 or '99 1.2 8V as Proxy Alignment is not available under Panda '03 1.2 8V.
The proceedure writes and completes ok but does not see the M094 (NRR) Radio Node.
The Radio node does not appear on a Scan of available ECUs.
I have a feeling it is because the ISO for the Body node comes up unsupported on a Scan.
The Body Computer Node is:- ISO Code 40 83 19 83 34 for a Fiat Panda 2004 1.2 8V Petrol.
The Punto 99 & 03 1.2 8V both have a different Body ECU to the Panda and are both supported under FES.
The FES log is below:-

Hi,
I'm not 100% sure, but I think that this CANCHECK message is not related to the PROXI Alignment.
There are lots of topics about it on www.fiatforum.com
You can check this:

Re: Proxy Alignment & CanCheck Panda '03 1.2 8V
Many thanks for the reply Yani.
I know that CanCheck can be taken off by reprogramming an eeprom in the radio but I was hoping FES would be of use as Fiat use Examiner to correct this error.
Maybe I need an extra link cable or lead from the Body ECU to the radio to enable FES to remove CanCheck.
The manual shows the B-CAN connection to the radio via one of the 2 main plugs. The yellow small plug has no wires ?
