There seems to be a problem with the encoding. The file has to be in Unicode.
Anyway, I converted the file using Windows' standard Greek encoding and saved it as Unicode. It looks fine now.

Here are two versions of the translation into Serbian for FES v2.5. You have two files Serbian.txt and Serbian-CIR.txt, put them in . In "Setings" choose between the "Srpski-LAT" or "Српски-ЋИР" depending on whether you want the Cyrillic or Latin script.
