actual boost pressure too low in lower rpm, is this normal?

I've check my boost pressure cause something is not completely well with the car. When i would drive away in low rpm, sometimes the cars seems to shutt off, but mostly when i pressure the gas pedal (much too) deep it'll keep on moving but hestitates a bit. It does this sometimes but not always and i cannot find out what is casuing the problem. That's why i've made a run with actual vs desired boost pressure.

Only thing i see is that the desired boost pressure is much higher than the actual boost pressure in lower rpm. I've added the multiecuscan file with the boost pressure from 1000 rpm till 4500 rpm in 3th gear.

Can someone tell me if this is normal and/or the vaulues are good?

Thanks.

maybe?
i really don't know...

is you car a turbo-charged car?
what exactly means desired boost pressure?
if you flatout you would a high-pressure but you can't have it because the turbo is not spooling at full speed.

I've cleaned my EGR as turbo sensor as well past month. They were very dirty, but are now super clean. So the egr shouldn't cause the problem.

Any suggestions?

No one that can tell me why the values could be so different between the boost levels?

Could be a lot of things...
Blocked EGR valve... split vacuum hoses or intake pipes, blocked vnt solenoid vave...

Can a bad boost pressure sensor also cause this?
