Drivers for use with multiecuscan

Hi,
I have read that suitable drivers need to be loaded on my PC before I can use USB port. Where do I get these drivers ? Do they come with the ELM327 lead ? and is the version 1.4 useable with the multiecuscan ?

use FTDI driver
Fiat Stilo 1,9JTD 2003 115cv - USB vag com KKL - ELM327 v1.3a - windows xp
