Adding CANTieCar to Multiscuscan Windows 11

We've recently bought a Stilo Abarth and the previous owner had a CANTieCar v4.5 that he was using, demo'd , looked good and so we bought that as well.

Now the fun part is to to buy a licence for MultiSCUscan and use it on my laptop.

I think i've loaded the software correctly but then realised there is no selectable option for CANtieCAR.

after looking on CANtieCAR there are instructions on installing updated drivers but for older PC's

I've tried using the CANtieCAR Configerator Version2.3.1.4 to run CANtieCAR4_RC_BW04040998_FW04030820\CANtieCAR4_RC_BW04040998_FW04030820.rfw but that doesn't appear to work/run.

Has anyone managed to load onto Windows 11, and any idea on how to install the required drivers.

Hi,

after reaching out on Other Forums, i emailed "Support@Multiecuscan.net" and my problem was solved.

I inadvertently selected the incorrect licence for the interface i was using.

Once the correct licence was issued, deactivated the old and retarted Multiecuscan and all was fine.
