Lancia Ypsilon, which is the correct one to select from menu?

So I got a 2008 Lancia Ypsilon as daily (to spare my Giulia from that). It's the 1.2 8V with 60HP and the production is from June 2008.
I'm doing some maintenance, but I'm confused about the choice of the model into MES...

There's

• Y 1.2
  Y 1.2/CF3
  Ypsilon 1.2 8V
  Ypsilon '06 1.2 8V
  Ypsilon 2011 1.2 8V

Of course last one isn't the right one for my 2008, but what to chose then? Is the '06? Meaning from 2006 onward? And what are the other versions?
