Hi everyone, I’m new here and really hope someone might be able to help me?
I have purchased a 2024 model, brand new ducato based Motorhome (Burstner). It comes with the headlight units where the DRL is LED only and I’d like to retrofit the full LED units that are an OEM genuine part. Physically I understand they should fit, but I cannot seem to find any info on whether the ECU will accept them without any dash errors. Given each headlight unit is about £1000 each, which I’ll then offset by selling the brand new LED DRL unit, I want to ccheck if it’s even possible before I purchase the units.
Any help at all will be so very much appreciated.
Thanks, Kevin
Thank you in advance.

Re: 2024 Ducato LED DRL to FULL LED Unit?-
Hi ,I am currently on that route but with american Promaster. It seems like vehicles with full led from factory have different BCM. A have no luck with MES or Alfa to activate them

Thanks for getting back to me, interesting that there’s no option to configure in OBD type device.

Internals of BCM are different in car with/without LEDs. So best way is try used BCM from car that have LEDs from factory.
