Unable to perform procedures - Alfa Romeo Giulietta

Good morning,
I have a problem with a recently purchased program. I set everything up as instructed in the guide. I connect to the car without any problems (Giulietta 1.4 Multiair 2011), I can check parameters, reset the service interval, turned off start stop, clear error codes, and test components. However, I cannot perform procedures such as resetting the phonic wheel (a "request out of range" message appears), or calibrating the Uniair module, where an "unsupported function error" message appears. Of course, all the conditions are met – correct engine temperature, no defects.I'm using ELM 327 1.5
I would appreciate your help.
