Custom Proxy for UConnect 7", 2 x USB and CarPlay Retrofit

Hey guys...
First off, been a long time reader but only just registered. Reading through the posts on here, have been invaluable!
I have a 2015 500X which originally had UConnect 5" and USB+AUX module.
I've retrofitted a UConnect 7" and 2 x USB+AUX then run a Proxy Alignment - all ok and milage no longer flashing.
Finally, to get CarPlay running I have read that I need to extend the Proxy to 235 bytes and then made the below modifications:
Byte 148= 05 (Uconnect 7)
Byte 157= 01 (CarPlay)
Byte 160= 01 (Android Auto)

I've read horror stories on these forums about custom proxy's bricking cars, so just wanted to post here and someone give it the once over, before I run it!
If someone could, that would be much appreciated!
