Fiat ducato 2021 - SCR function speed limited

Hello,

I have an Ducato 2021 2.3 with engine ecu MJD9DF.

I have message on dash about limp mode due to SCR problem. Car limited to 10-20Km:h.


I have tested all solution to reset it but nothing work.

Also i wan't more information about the DPF Reset. Why need to make regeneration if i have reset the dpf? Fiat is the only car who how do this.

Anysolution to reset the dpf without this regeneration way?

I assume by SCR warning you mean that you need to top up the AdBlue anti NOX fluid?

Regarding DPF filters they do regenerate themselves but require:

1) Engine to be fully up to temperature (requires reasonable travelled distance)
2) Oil level and quality (Q=>miles covered since last change not exceeding recommended distance and/or change oil warnings)
3) The the normal Service Reset FIATs also require and Oil Change Reset which is done on the Engine ECU and not the Service ECU

If the vehicle is not doing a normal regen because you are only travelling short distances, or the ECU thinks the oil is old, or when it does start a regen cycle you stop and turn the engine off then the DPF filter will clog up and a force regen is required.

About the DPF i'm asking about RESET (after change DPF exaust part), not to make regeneration.

It's very strange to do a regeneration when we have changed the DPF.

No fault code for the SCR. even in DCU ecu.

But message on cluster. customer say me some shop make reset, and car work great for 1 - 2 weeks. But i don't find solution to make it.
