Solution for Activating Seat Heating in Fiat 500X

I have a 2015 Fiat 500X into which I installed comfort seats with heating. Using the Fitcom program, I connected the comfort seat unit to the CAN network. All connections were made according to Fiat’s electrical wiring diagrams. I can connect to the control unit via diagnostics and have performed the proxy configuration. The car does not report any errors. However, the seat heating for both the driver and passenger cannot be activated via the button on the console. The heating can only be turned on through diagnostics.

The problem lies in the body computer, which does not send the command to the comfort unit to activate the seat heating when the button is pressed. How can this issue be resolved? Should it be addressed in the proxy configuration, or is another approach needed?
