Hello people,

I need to do some DataLogging and i have a problem with MES 5.0 and 5.1 ( registered).

I connect to my ECU ( 8GMK, Alfa Romeo Giulietta , 2015), once i check a parameter on the parameter list , to do datalogging, the ecu disconnect and the MES go back to the main page. Then, i cannot connect anymore, i have to quit and relaunch MES.

It's very frustrating because i cannot do datalogging.

Windows 11 , last driver.

I use this interface : Image

Need help please :)

Hello,

I finally solved this problem.

How ? Just reinstalled the last driver : https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/CDM212364_Setup.zip

Then, in MES parameter i tooked the : ELM 327 1.3/1.4/1.4b/2.1 (High Speed) @ 38400 speed

> Datalogging is now ok.
( Btw i still cannot do the Neutral position learning > Incorrect condition to run this test). I was in neutral, i tested engine ON, engine OFF, but still the same "Incorrection condition to run this test" error).

Thanks for reporting back.

Often people find a solution / fix but don't bother to feedback. Your info will help others.

As for Neutral Learn - PASS however you could do the process again and submit a report to MES support and follow up with Email.

I is really frustrating when one gets messages like "incorrect conditions" with no further info. That said I doubt this is not MES not being more informative but likely a standard response from the vehicle ECUs that they don't like something but are not prepared to offer any further information.
