FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)

I have a problem with USB ELM327 Advanced OBD scan tool. I can not connect to my car (Fiat Stilo 1.9 Mjet). I reviewed the previous posts but I did not find the answer though someone already had the same problem as me. I can not connect my Chinese ELM327 with my car. What exactly should I do with my device? It's CH340C chip.

I've reading a lot since I cannot use the sw on my car.
Would a 'faulty' bt adapter ONLY affect Multiecuscan?
I'm asking because I can connect to my car with other programs, such as ScanMaster-ELM on Windows and Torque on Android...

I've bought the OBDII Wifi reader on Amazon (the Amazon top choice), it works well for reading my motor statut but i cannot access to the on board computer of my lancia delta 1.6 Mjet
someone can tell me wich transitor i need to cut please?

Hello, I have Vgate Scan - OBD Scan - Advanced OBD Scan Tool USB.

When I have try to connect this item to MultiECUScan, but I've this error:
WARNING: This interface is not compatible with ELM 327 1.3! Will not connect to any CAN module.

I think that it's the resistance, but I don't know which is. Can anyone help me?

Probably your interface is a fake elm. Resistor-related faults show the interface compatible, but can't connect to anything else than the engine ECU.

You can test your interface with an ELM compatibility tester software, that will show you which versions - if any - does your interface support.

EDIT:
Looking at your pictures, the U9 IC seems missing, and the quartz next to it looks badly soldered.
You can test the resistor problem with a multimeter, measure resistance between pins 6 and 14, if you read around 120 ohms, CAN termination is bad.
But i'm pretty sure your interface is otherwise faulty.

The above link says PID as 21 20 for odometer (in dashboard module). But I am receiving 7F as the response.
