No, I have that tester, but if the radio does not have the hardware you can not enable it.
In your case, the only solution is the aftermarket interface.

Hi,I tried to activate the retrocamera with blue adapter and gray adapter but during the alignment I get errors.
I used multiecuscan 3.7 REGISTERED.
My radio is Uconnect 5" Live - FIAT 334 VP2 ECE serial number 07356616890.
After finishing the procedure I find the total kilometers flashing in the car display.
My car is FIAT 500X 1.6 MJET 120HP CROSS version S1 - 02/2017.
Can setup\Proxy allignment procedure (334).
I enabled reaer camera and than i selected proxy allignment procedure.
I want know if is possible mount rear camera?
Please help me.

Your Uconnect if it is only radio does not support the rear camera.
Only the Radionavs support the retrofit

Yes, RVC = Rear View Camera
If you want to operate the RADIONAV you need to enable navigation function on bodycomputer with Leonardo tester, or after you have done the proxy alignment does not engage more satellites.
