Graph files import error

Hey guys,

we installed windows 7 on the pc (deactivation & activation was successfull).

Now when we want to open the files with the graph we get the erromessage "file format error"

The files are possible to open on other PC`s

Samplefile is attached.

Old System was a windows vista x86 new one win7 x64

Testdevices
My win XP & win7 x64 and a win XP from a other one.

Check the regional settings of the new and old computers. There should be the same setting for "decimal separator" and "thousand separator".
Also, make sure that in Multiecuscan settings you have the same "CSV Separator" character.

Ahh there can be the issue.
I think the last setting was in German (its a swizerland notebook) new installation was set to swizerland.
