program dont detect cable

I have cable VAGKKL+multiecuscan ( FT232R USB UART), I have installed drivers but program dont detect the cable.
How to solve this problem?

install the cable drivers detect the com11 ptrogram detected by on com3.
the same has been using VAG-COM program.
tried on two different cars but none wanted to connect.

who had the same problem?
