145 Alfa ABS iso code error

I have tried to use the faq's but not getting any where.
I am getting an error with invalid ISO code for car so cannot get into the ABS , The car in question is a 2.0 L CF2 ENGINE (ALLOY TOP), There is only one type of ABS 5.3 VERSION, so I cant see whats wrong i have an Interface with three pin adapter so everything should be fine, also a modded 16 pin plug so that it sees either ABS OR Airbag.
I have tred an unmodded cable as well and it still has an ISO problem. Can anyone help please?

What is the ISO code that it shows?
Some 145s have different type of ABS - Bosch 2E. This unit is not supported by Multiecuscan.

Just nipped out to check with laptop and itsan iso code of 6B 02 25 08 EF that shows briefly, the engine ecu it seams to connect to is Bosch M2 10.3 .
It doesn,t like the alternative given which is 10.4 if that is any significance.Many thanks for your input so far by the way ,very much appreciated.

Looks like from reading on other forums that I will tryand earth out a pin on the three pin plug. Then read the light flashing , is this the only alternative please.
Has anyone tried this ,clearly there is no other answer judging from from my last thread.

Have you got the Fiat adaptor I used to use on your car? if not they can still be got from ebay.

Yes I have that , the three pin and looked at the all the types , but will try the type you quoted.

Unfortunately, it seems that you have a Bosch ABS unit that is not supported in Multiecuscan yet.

Is the ABS Bosch unit supported by multiscan yet. Does anyone know.145 ALLOY TOP ?

How does the previous threader (sorry Yani) know what abs unit I have , can someone explain and why cant I access the airbag unit as well, please.

According to FES the ABS unit should be Bosch 5.3.Will the EPER SITE WHICH KEEPS CRASHING OUT ON ME TELL ME WHICH UNIT IS IN THE CAR WHEN i PUT THE VIN IN PLEASE?
