Ok, firstly why are you still using v2.6? - update to version 3.3, which has several bugfixes and more vehicle support.
(If you are using an illegally cracked licensed version of 2.6, then frankly you should not expect any support).

Once you are on v3.3, if you are not registered, you will only be able to access:
- Engine
- ABS (with adaptor 1)
- Airbag (with adaptor 2)
- Power Steering (with adaptor 1)
- Service Reset
- CAN info

The airbag will not work with an ELM327 interface though - you need to us the KKL interface for that.

So are you using the right adaptor cable when you try to connect to other systems?
Can you connect to CAN info and Service Reset?

I believe that function would be on the "Marelli MF Body Computer", which is only available with the licensed version of the software.
It would be worth running a module scan with the free version of 3.3 to check that that specific module responds on your car.

If you don't have the security code card for the car, if you can prove you own the car, a Fiat dealer should be able to replace it for you.
