AlfaEddy beat me to it - you can modify the interface, but you then can't use them on any of the vehicles that use the low-speed CAN protocol, as they use pin 1 for a variant of CAN.
(Grande Punto, Punto Evo, Qubo, 500, new Doblo, Alfa Mito, Alfa Giulietta etc).
For the sake of £15-20 you'd be better off getting the adaptors.
Just do a search for Multiecuscan on Ebay - there are quite a few listed there.

But... if i modify it with a switch... i will be able to use the interface with mutliple choice...

i dont have Mito or any new car... in case i would buy a new car... i surely should change the pin configuration!

The switch between pins 1 and 7 you can save you
you can link directly.

Only this ELM no longer connect directly with the described or models. (Mito, Grande Punto, etc.)

With an adapter for the C19, you can use it already. not only directly on these models

First of all: great work in this forum.

Now to the point: I have the following adapter with an "CHX" board as depicted.

Which resistor needs to be desoldered in order to access the CAN functions? And which functions are accessible over this network?

Thanks in advance!

Hello
Are you sure that this interface does not read CAN compliant?

I also have a BT interface have the CHX identifier
The work, however, without error in its original condition.

I suspect rather a hiring mistake

Hi eddy,

thanks for the fast reply. This morning i checked the wiring and found that one node was loose. Thanks again for this advice.

Nevertheless, can someone tell me which functions are accessed by the CAN interface. It seems that i'm not able to access the Service and Airbag interface.

Cheers!

Hello

Which car?

Do not hesitate even a screen test the settings button in the FES
perhaps you can see why there can not you access the CAN.
