OBDlink Usb Connection

Hi all Need help with Fiat Stilo 1.6 16v Sport Year 2002 Just recently purchased OBDlink Usb Interface and Multiecuscan. I`m having problems connecting to various ECU`s.

Working ECU`s Engine/ABS/Electric Steering.



Not Working ECU`s Dashboard/Body/Service all come back with ELM327 ECU Connection Failed.

Have not tested any off the other ECU`s.

The place were I purchased it from suggested it was a Software problem with Multiecuscan as they said it was communicating with car.
I don`t think the interface is connecting through the CAN bus only the K line ????
