Newbie at this diag stuff, so would like to try before buy. Downloaded latest release 25 Aug 11.
I have a Ph1 916 Spider from new, with 3 pin connectors. also have vag-com cable and 3 pin adapter. Pins 1 3 7 all bridged/shorted.
On the Scan Modules app.
It shows

i have it connected to the 3 pin socket by the console. i reckon its the engine ECU connector. It Gets no response from ECU. I have latency set at one. have tried on com 1 & 3 same response.
I really want to reset seatbelt light, I know its wrong connector, but thought would like to scan / diagnose
