proxi alignment on croma 2005 fault

HiI installed new software and elm 1.4 cable yesterdday but I'm trying to do PROXI alignment but it said UBRELIABLE COMUNICATION DETECTED CHECK YOUR CABLE AND SERIAL PORT SETTING. I did change latency to minimum but when I go to search interfeces it will find my cable on port 13 it said cable ok but latency too high.Could someone help me with that. The car is croma 2005 1.9 jtd 8v Thanks
