problem recognising elm interface

Hi Yani and everyone,thanks for update on license key,but I now have a very strange problem,I only have an elm 327,but when I scan for interfaces, FES tells me that I have vagkom/kkl connected to com port3,this is also reported after clearing all info from drop down boxes,and scanning again,even without a cable plugged into usb port !!Do you have any ideas how to sort this ? many thanks Tony.

did you install any vagom/kkl driver?

If so, try to unistall them first..

Hi,thanks for response,haven't got any kkl drivers installed,but have traced problem to .net framework software, removed,re-installed and all working fine now,Tony.
