Error Code: "Phase Sensor 86"

Car is Marea 1.8.

Problem: Doenst start.
multiecuscan find error: "Phase Sensor" "86" and spray indicator lamp light. Turns off when remove the fault code, but light on when try start.

What is this "Phase Sensor"? Camshaft Phase Sensor or what?

Phase sensor is the sensor which monitors the camshaft timing.
