Problem when upgrade to 2.8.2

Just downloaded the new version, old one was uninstalled, and when download and installed new. that's happen all the time. Unable to start the program.


When hit "continue", "Loading" text appears, and nothing happens.
Suggestions?

Yes, you need to install .NET Framework 2.0SP1 or .NET Framework 3.5.

What I don't understand is how it worked before, I mean how did you install it before if didn't had Net Framworks like Yani said?

I don't know - but when i follow his advice, it's OK.....
