B1003 error

Hi.
Can anyone explain me the B1003 error in Punto 1.2 16v?
The FES explanation of this problem is very, very chaotic in my opinion.
I am using Polish language file and to the right of B1003 there's 1st explanation, on the bottom in English there's the second explanation and below English is another Polish explanation. So, there's three difference explanations of this problem. On the internet i founded another 2 probably problems (something about pump M13 and "mode door circuit failure").
So, what is the correct definition of this code in my Punto?

Interesting, I never have problems with my keys or immobiliser
My only problem is this: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2087
Two my friends have this same error in cpu but without any symptoms.
Yesterday I've sent a letter to Fiat. Today I got answer like this: "we cannot tell you anything about this error, you have to come to us (and pay) to identify it"
