The problem with your car is very weird. I haven't seen this kind of problem on any other car.
For some reason the Body Computer (that's the central computer of the car) is not giving any information about the PROXI configuration. I'm almost sure that the PROXI function in Fiat Examiner or any other diagnostic tool will fail on your car.
I have an idea of how to trick it to work, but I don't have results yet.
