Hello
I have this question, first I need to say that I have read the http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx site.
What I don't get is the reasons and the differences on needed interfaces.
SOLVED.What are those red marked cables A1 A2 etc. real physical cables? if so where I can get the schematics or manufacturer/type? ..Or are they just indication that you need the licence of this FES-software? ..Or both?
I don't get it why I need two different interfaces since as far I have read ELM-327 (atleast real one) should be able to communicate to all OBD-II standards. Or is it just the SW-drivers of VAG-COM needed?
MAYBE SOLVED I have a car Fiat Bravo -99 80/1.2 which I want to reset airbag warning light (I really don't want to make the 5cent workaround) and I have the elm-327 interface (china model 1.5a (something else in real tho)) what I need and which ecu I need to tweak.
Edit. Is there different voltage levels between elm-327 and KKL VAG-COM outputs, is that the reason of two or three different interfaces needed.
I'm lost now. I THINK I'M ON TRACK AGAIN.
Thx.. Edit2: ...for nothing so far (exept Yani who I need to thank for promising SW.)

Re: Supported interfaces and ECUs question
Anyone?
So if I get the VAG COM KKL 409.1 interface cable (No CAN-BUS connections att all?) and order license to F.E.S I should connect and reset Engine, ABS and Airbag ECUs on my Bendolino?
If anyone have answers my above question I would be glad to hear them too.
Ps. Am I correct path of understanding the markings now? Here:
KL 1 - KKL/VagCom interface with ADAPTER CABLE 1 (or modified interface with K-line connected to pin 1
IS THE SAME ADAPTER CABLE AS
A1 - ADAPTER CABLE 1
IN PAGE http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx ??
pps.
Example car
FIAT BRAVO/BRAVA '01 80 16V CF3
Bosch Motronic ME7.3H4 EOBD Injection KL ELM OBDKey So this needs reg.FES and unmodified OBDKey, ELM, KL device?
ABS Teves MK20/MK70 KL1 ELM1 OBDKey1 A1 So this needs free FES and unmodified OBDKey, ELM, KL device with adapter cable n:1 ??
BREED MY 97 Airbag (2F) KL3 OBDKey3 A2 So this needs free FES and unmodified OBDKey or KL device with adapter cable n:2 ??
...
Do I read the table correct now?

Thx. Those A1, A2 markings misleaded me first.
