Looks like you need the registered paid for version as all the things are in red writing.

HI!!!
I have bought ELM327 and installed driver for it on Windows 7 (http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm) 32bit.
I have chosen my car in selection (Alfa Romeo 159 2.2JTS 16V), in settings menu defined ELM 327 v 1.3+ and correct port (COM6) and correct speed 38400 but multiecuscan can not connect to my car. Though, TEST shows that everything is OK.

Please HELP!!!

I have 2.6 version.
It should be working.
I think that multiecuscan management should give some explanation about this fact.
I am very dissapointed of this software.... :(((

There is a lot more coverage in version 3.2 than there was in version 2.6.

If you have a legitimate software license you should be able to download v3.2 from the website and just install it over the top.
Then try again and it may work.

If you're using an illegally hacked version of 2.6 then that wouldn't apply.

Did you try the "Scan" function? And did it find anything?
Can you connect to the engine ECU? If you can connect to the engine but cannot connect to other modules then your problem is the same as described in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1493
