Fiat stilo Abarth Can Proxy Alignment?

Every time i connect and try a proxy alignment to the can system, i get an error message at what seems to be at the end of its excution, the error message says "excution failed".I have checked my computer settings - all ok, have tried other cables - vag/kkl and yellow lead on the EOBD box.
The box without modified cable will scan, but will not realign the can proxy.
Am running new version of software (2.6.1) and have read on here that there might be a bug

There is a bug in FES.
