Odometer value does not match real milage [Grande Punto]

Odometer value in FES indicates ~38000 km, while odometer on dashboard - a little over 140000 km. FES indicates that odometer have never been re-programmed. Car has a reliable service history, that confirms the milage indicated by a dashboard- 140000 km.
