Proxi Alignment problem

hi im having problems running the proxi alignment on my mk2 punto 8v

it always fails to execute

this is the log i get

Hi,

There is some problem with the PROXI alignment on some vehicles. It says FAILED, but has actually completed successfully.
I can see from this data that the CAN network on your car is properly configured and you should not have any problems with it.

Dose the proxi alignment not also increase the mileage on the display to match the ecu or dose it just stop the flashing.

It just stops the flashing. Does not affect the mileage.

A similar problem with the alfa 159 1.9 JTDM 16V, fails to execute proxi alignment, not found the retro-fitted cruise control.
After the procedure steering wheel lock does not work, but it stopped blinking odometer.
