How to download and upload contents of engine ecu?

Is there any functionality to download, backup, and upload the contents of the engine ecu? If not with the current version, could it be added to a wish-list?
Otherwise is there any free to use software that would do this on a Fiat JTD115?

No way.
This software doesn't download/upload data to ecu.

You need a specific hardware/software to do that.
Search for chiptuning on internet, is what you need.
