I want to communicate with the ecu

Recently, I have a car Palio Brazilian 1.4 8v and would like to advise me with some things:
1) I want to communicate with the central Mageti Marelli IAW 4SF and do not know what to do or buy scanner
2) What tools needed to modify parameters.
3) Can I enter and edit the firmware of ECU?
Any advice, guidance and / or suggestions are welcome

because i didn't find it....well i find a couple of palio 1.4 but are supported only abs and airbags.

anyway, with multiecuscan you can only make diagnosis.
You can't modify ecu, i mean chip tuning.
