I have interface ELMM327 which have chip PIC16F2585. Or is possibly to use this interface with program multiecuscan?

There is no way that anyone can tell you if it works or not without testing.
So, just install the interface and test it.

My ELM327 device which have PIC2585 work fine only when you correct set speed port configuration.
