Hello all,
from recently I'm experiencing some strange "effects". When I run Fiat ECU Scan, I'm getting blue screen (4 blue quadrants, to be exact), "No connection" in the bottom of the window (because no cable is connected), and no drop down menus. Reinstallation of program gives no other result. Has anyone experienced something like this? Is there a good way to make a cleanup of installation (how to delete registry entries, for example)? If it matters, it all happens on Windows XP, installed on Asus eeePC.
Thank you.

Re: blue screen, no menu's
It could be a problem with the .NET Framework.
Try to reinstall .NET Framework 2.0 and .NET Framework 2.0 SP1...
Or, even better - install .NET Framework 3.5

Re: blue screen, no menu's
Unfortunately, that was not enough. Fortunately, I found a solution - whereever I found "fiat ecu scan" in the registry, I deleted that. After that, I got menus, again. Before that, only F9 key was working.
Anyway, thank you for your help.

Hi Mate's
I had the same problem on XP SP3. All worked fine, but with one day i had a light "blue" screen, changing lightly the colour when passing with mouse, without menues but only accepting the F9 key.
My solution here:
I found that in the General Tab, the UI Font (Grids) and UI Font (Buttons) lost the font and size. So press change, select Arial, Bold, and 10 for the size. Press accept, do this on both. This worked for me without hazzles. Seems that somehow the soft looses it's brain or some other soft is doing this?
