Invalid ISO Code

Hi, have just bought the redistered version for my car (1999 2.5 V6, 156 CF2) and try as I might, I keep getting invalid iso code. Any ideas on how I can connect.
I have also tried to connect via the other 156 V6 engines and all with the same result.
