Multiecuscan and CANtieCAR Help

Post by barto46 »

Hi guys
I bought a new CANtieCAR and Multiecuscan 5.4 device and I'm very happy to have this device.
Some questions about the device:

1: I'm connecting to a 2017 Fiat Talento with a 1598 R9M H4 engine.
#: CANtieCAR Wi-Fi
#: CANtieCAR USB cable
#: CANtieCAR Bluetooth doesn't connect due to a laptop failure.
In these two modes, it doesn't read the error code. When I press "Read Code," it takes me to the main page or gets stuck reading the code. Sometimes it doesn't connect and says "CONNECTION LOST."
2: When I enter the Parameters, it connects and works correctly, but after a while, it says "CONNECTION LOST."
My question is:
Do I need to modify any parameters, or does it not support some car or the ECU?
3: The Multiecuscan program has several languages. I selected Spanish, but not everything is translated (as an option, I select both in Spanish).
#: When I enter a parameter, the information is in English. Is this normal? Or is there a section where I can modify it?
Thank you

The Fiat Talento is basicly a Renault.

Try a different real Fiat/Alfa/Lancia and see if there are connection problems with those cars.

My advise is to use the whole program in English if you control it. Easier to ask questions here and to post screenshots.
