Multiecuscan vs. AlfaOBD which covers more U.S. models?

Post by atikovi »

In addition to Fiat, I have Jeep Patriot and Ram ProMaster. I see those are covered by AlfaOBD but can't find any mention of those models being covered here.

you can always download both apps and test to see which covers what.
AlfaOBD will have more Mopar models.

I would be using them on a laptop not a phone, so no app, but I think you have confirmed what I thought. Thanks

Have a bit of love/hate relationship with AlfaOBD.

Ram Promaster is an Fiat Ducato under its skin. Probally no problems with it when using MultiEcuScan. But Jeep Patriot hasn't got an european counterpart I think.

When trying to program something I always use MES first, because of the more user friendly lay-out, more clear instructions.
