Dear Multiecuscan Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a purchase I made by accident. Unfortunately, I bought your app without realizing it is specifically for Italian cars, which I do not own or require.

I have not used the app and do not have a need for it. I kindly ask if you could assist me by processing a refund for this unintended purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
