Fiat Abart 595 with MTA - Can´t access Gearbox and engine ECU

Hi, my Name is Axel, I´m from Germany and new in this forum.
My car a FIAT ABARTH 595 (from May 2017) with the MTA Gearbox (Selespeed) troubles me with some gearbox errors.
I use the registered Multiecuscan Version 5.3 with an Stardiag ELM 327 and the yellow Adapter No.3.
I wan´t to check and reset the errorcodes and start the adjustment of the selespeed.
But I have no access to the engine ecu and the selespeed gearbox. Body,Dashboard, Service etc work.
I get the message "ELM327-ECU Connection failed. Can Bus Error. Check if Interface is poperly connetcted..."

Interface Connection and test are running fine.
The ELM 327/OBD Direct -Protect/Generic OBD(USB) Interface is running on Port COM 5 with 38400bps

When I started the DTC Scan every ECU was listed ... only the engine, gearbox, ABS are not listed.

Have you any Idea?

For the Engine ECU, Gearbox and ABS you do not needed the yellow Adapter.
